About the position

The Opportunity

You will work directly with the Data Analyst team and will play an integral role in contributing towards the Company's future growth by providing high quality data through programming and automation.
You will be part of a team that is passionate about developing novel diagnostic tests for the early detection of cancers. As part of the teamyou will be in a Company that aims more than to become one of the leaders in the industry. How you'll contribute

• Transform and combine data from many different sources (structured and unstructured) such as plain text files, csv, xlsx, databases, pdf... using programming techniques.
• Build ETL proces
• Manage and maintain databases. Both SQL and Non-SQ
• Work with high volumes of data

• Participate in project desig
• Work along with teams of Scientists, Bioinformaticians, IT and Software Developers in a collaborative way

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar Engineering, Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with R or Python
• Proficiency with databases SQL/ NoSQL
• Familiarity with version control using Git
• Comfortable with Linux / bash scripting
• Experience in Bioinformatics data is a plus, but not required
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and team-work skill
• Excellent verbal and written English are a must
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time
