How you'll contribute


• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify and recruit highly qualified candidates in the Life Science space, primarily focusing on the USA.
• Leverage your experience to source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and other methods with minimal support from recruitment agencies.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with our organization.
• Work closely with the HR Director to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all recruitment and selection processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the USA.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates have a positive impression of our company.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future job openings and provide regular updates to the HR Director.
• Research, recommend, and implement an ATS to streamline our recruitment process. Ensure the system meets our needs and provides a user-friendly experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in HR recruitment, preferably with a strong experience in the
Life Science sector in the USA.
• Bilingual or native English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with
candidates and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
