This role will work closely with the Manager, Laboratory Operations to ensure all laboratory functions are carried out efficiently, including equipment management, inventory control, facility maintenance, and compliance documentation. This position is essential for maintaining an organized and compliant laboratory environment while ensuring the timely execution of laboratory tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline) with 3-5 years of laboratory experience and a strong understanding of lab operations, equipment management, inventory control, and compliance documentation.
• Experience working with vendor service agreements, equipment maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep to ensure a well-functioning lab environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LIMS, and other laboratory management systems, along with experience in regulated environments (CLIA, CAP, GMP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
