This is an exciting time to be at Universal DX. We are growing rapidly and starting our US operations by building up our team, starting our lab and business operations, and establishing strategic partnerships. How you'll contribute
• Serve as internal expert and guide for launching production-grade bioinformatic pipelines within the AWS ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members by designing well-documented testable code
• Serve as technical SME for security risk assessment activities.
• At least 6 years of practical hands-on experience with AWS account and S3 configurations for enterprise cloud-computing applications
• At least 3 years' experience with AWS configuration management related to medical data privacy and medical data security, especially HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 820 compliance
• Excellent programming skills and fluency in scientific computing software and scripting languages (e.g. Python)
• Proven experience with bioinformatics tools and workflows for the analysis of NGS data
• Expert in data security standards and management.
• Experience developing software within FDA regulated frameworks a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required
