We are growing rapidly and starting our US operations by building up our team, starting our lab and business operations, and establishing strategic partnerships. We are looking for passionate changemakers to be a part of our journey in this expansive time for us.
• Design reagent QC activites for IVD assay and oversee their execution in the lab.
• Draft and manage reagent QC-related documentation, including protocols, batch records, and reports.
• Draft or contribute to documentation for design transfer of IVD assay to contract lab partner.
• Design and manage analytical validation studies while navigating technical details and identifying
potential risks.
• Work with external lab partners to ensure readiness for verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Research, Software, Quality Assurance, and
Laboratory Operations.
• Master's degree or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or similar relevant field.
• 3+ years of previous experience in the design and development of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products
with a focus on NGS products
• Proven track record of contributing to IVD product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Familiarity with verification and validation requirements for IVD products.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
• Excellent track-record of collaboration with multiple functional areas
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Preference for experience with liquid biopsy/cfDNA assays
